Western Square Converts To Totally Automated Phosphate Washing Equipment

Western Square Industries of Stockton, California announced that it has just completed converting its three stage phosphate washing unit to a completely state-of-the-art operation.

Western Square is the world market leader in the manufacturing of stack racks for the bottled water industry.

"One of our long term goals has been to further automate our manufacturing operations," said Trygve Mikkelsen, President of Western Square. "In order to maintain the highest quality in our powder coating, we wash and prepare all of our products through an extremely effective and efficient automated process."

Mark Canepa, Western Square's recently promoted Sales Manager added, "All of Western Square's racks, including the largest ones such as the 40 bottle rack, will be uniformly powder coated to improve surface life and increase value for the customer by avoiding wear, chips and rust."
